This study investigates the influence of Organizational Learning Capability on Organizational Agility in Jordanian Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Companies, employing a quantitative approach with data from 109 managers. Through rigorous validation and reliability checks, the study utilizes descriptive statistics and multiple regression in SPSS to test hypotheses. The findings reveal a significant impact of Organizational Learning Capability, encompassing dimensions like Openness and Experimentation, Interaction with the External Environment, Participative Decision Making, and Knowledge Transfer and Integration, on Organizational Agility. Agility's dimensions—Responsiveness, Competency, Flexibility, and Speed—are all positively affected. The study underscores the critical role of sustaining high organizational learning capability levels for managers in the pharmaceutical sector, emphasizing continuous assessment of organizational agility and targeted efforts to enhance agility capabilities in response to evolving business challenges.
