With an increasing demand for efficient computational systems, the analysis is needed to address the challenge of developing a multi-operand adder capable of processing multi operands. The study involves a meticulous analysis of various adder architectures, scrutinizing their inherent characteristics, including delay, power consumption, and area efficiency. The study unveils a novel approach that leverages a Carry Save Adder (CSA) to optimize the addition process by breaking it down into distinct stages, effectively mitigating the limitations associated with conventional methods like the Ripple Carry Adder (RCA). The proposed analysis encompasses a thorough examination of the design's performance at both the behavioral and Register-Transfer Level (RTL) abstraction levels in Verilog, shedding light on the trade-offs between these approaches. Through comprehensive experimentation and synthesis, the project offers valuable insights into the design, implementation, and performance of multi-operand adders, contributing to the advancement of digital design techniques in the evolving landscape of computational systems.
