In the article the author has developed the concept of consolidation of individual legal acts of public authorities. The main ways of convalidation of individual legal acts of public authorities are considered: recognition of the missed deadline for applying to court; recognition of violations of the competence of a public authority to adopt an individual legal act that do not entail the illegality of an individual legal act; recognition of violations of the procedure for adopting an individual legal act as insignificant and not affecting the legality of the act; elimination of insignificant technical and arithmetic defects of an individual legal act.
