A Wi-Fi Network Experience Quality Evaluation Model based on Network Security

This study is committed to establish a QoE model under the Wi-Fi network environment, and select the technology, service and users factors to measure the QoE. Combined with the high dimension and non-line feature of the collected data sets, we use the feature extraction method for reducing dimension, and then use BP-ANN and WNN to evaluate the user's QoE. in this paper, we present a novel model and approach for measuring and prediciting the QoE in Wi-Fi network. In particular, we design the QoE model in Wi-Fi network from technology, service and users three aspects, the model can be measured and quantified, and should reflect the user's real experience. We put forward the simple and reasonable objectivity and subjectivity of data sets collection scheme to ensure credible data sets. The validation results show that the proposed QoE model and evaluation methods could indicate the user's perception, and predict the user's QoE accurately.
