This manuscript emphasizes integrating the CUK converter with a synchronous Zeta converter to amplify an output voltage with the simplified configuration and few electronic components for energy storage applications. In the existing system, the converter has only one source of input and also has input filters which lead to poor efficiency and system complexity. The proposed work improves efficiency and reduces the output voltage ripple comparing to the existing system. The major advantage of the proposed converter is the reduced cost and complexity of the system by minimizing passive components. The planning and analysis of the proposed CUK-Synchronous Zeta converter are discussed and simulated using MATLAB.
