Web learning is a new learning method that has emerged in recent years. Students can always access the latest teaching materials anytime and anywhere, which can improve work efficiency and save various teaching costs. The online education system in this article includes user login function module, information release function module, student account management function module, exam management function module, learning card management function module, organization training plan function management module, and education management module. On this basis, detailed designs were carried out for each module, and each module was coded, ultimately completing a complete online education system. Web technology was utilized to collect, analyze, and process educational system data. By utilizing web data mining technology, teaching patterns hidden behind educational data can be discovered. The highest average response time of the online education system was 0.7ms. Network teaching based on information technology is an important direction for the development of educational technology in the future.
