Influence of Family Environment, Information Systems and Organizational Activeness on the Work Readiness of Muhammadiyah University Sidoarjo Students

Higher education institutions in Indonesia are faced with the challenge of producing graduates who are competent and able to compete in the world of work. The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of the family environment, information systems and organizational activity on the work readiness of students at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. The research was carried out using a quantitative approach, with a sample of 317 active students of the management study program at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. The data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the research show that the family environment, information systems and organizational activity simultaneously have a significant effect on the work readiness of students at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo.
