Factors Influencing the Implementation of the Comprehensive Neonatal Emergency Obstetric Services Program Policy

Health policy implementation plays an important role in the health policy phase that will be implemented. Based on an initial survey at RSU AL-Islam H.M Mawardi of the achievements of PONEK quality indicators in June 2023, response time CITO ≤30 minutes was 54.7%, this figure does'nt meet the standards set by the Ministry of Health of 100%. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence the implementation of the Comprehensive Neonatal Emergency Obstetric Services Program (PONEK) policy. Quantitative Research, Data collection through questionnaires with Likert scale. The population of hospital employees, PONEK team sample, 54 people. Univariate and Bivariate data analysis using Pearson correlation test. Primary data source. The research results show that Communication influences policy implementation, Resources influences policy implementation, Disposition influences policy implementation and Bureaucratic Structure influences PONEK Program policy implementation.
