Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector in Ngampel Sari village are involved in this community service program. Community service partner MSMEs still use conventional marketing methods at this time, which causes several problems. Therefore, to improve the quality of the products they sell, MSMEs need training and guidance on the importance of brand awareness and brand identity. Apart from that, in this activity, MSMEs will be assisted in creating a business account on the Instagram platform and how to use it. Field observation, problem solving, implementation, and evaluation are the four steps in the program process. The evaluation results show that MSMEs understand brand awareness and brand identity better, and increase the number of Instagram followers from 0 to 15.
