A New Public Key Cipher System based on Linear Transforms with Elliptic Curve Arithmetic for Secured Communication

Secured data communication through public media and internet extremely depends the field cryptography. At present numerous cipher systems have been developed using encryption and decryption algorithms like DES, AES in the Digital world. Elliptic curve cryptography provides more security with lesser key size than other cryptographic techniques. In this paper we have proposed Three trapdoor one-way functions that are based on the Elliptic curves on the ring \(Z/nZ\) and a new El Gamal type public key cipher system together with the security measures on RSA Algorithm and ECC using linear transformations on vector space over finite field.
