The present study sought to evaluate the effect of three behavioral science-based treatments (Message, Feedback and the combination of both) on: 1) the differences between self-assessments and actual performance and 2) levels of confidence in future career. The results show a reduction in the gaps between self-assessments and actual performance from the nudges assessed. Additionally, the study revealed that women present lower confidence in the future within the context of the experiment, and that the effect of the treatments varies according to gender.
