The present study sought to evaluate the effect of three behavioral science-based treatments (Message, Feedback and the combination of both) on: 1) the differences between self-assessments and actual performance and 2) levels of confidence in future career. The results show a reduction in the gaps between self-assessments and actual performance in the Feedback and Message + Feedback treatments. Additionally, the study revealed that women present lower confidence in the future within the context of the experiment compared to men.
