This qualitative study of policy documents highlights advancements in maritime, air, and cyber capabilities through strategic partnerships. Major procurements such as Rafale jets, Black Hawk helicopters, and a Type 209 submarine, reflect cooperation with France, the US, and South Korea, emphasizing supplier diversification and improved readiness. Despite progress, challenges remain in strengthening the domestic defence industry and achieving strategic autonomy.
