This assessment evaluates technological readiness for electronic warfare systems, suggesting improvements for methodologies and planning.
The article discusses technologies for creating electronic warfare (EW) systems. The necessity of improving the methodology for assessing the readiness of scientific, technical and technological reserves in the creation of electronic warfare systems is shown. Such an assessment is necessary to determine the type and content of the required work for the successful implementation of the sample. The expediency of analyzing the functional hierarchical structure of the electronic warfare complex is shown in terms of assessing the importance of the reserve and technologies for creating subsystems and technical devices at different levels when calculating the overall level of technology availability. The proposed method makes it possible to determine the type of work and the appropriate time frame for their completion, which should be carried out in the interests of creating a complex, taking into account the specifics of electronic warfare technology. The method can be used in planning programs for the development of electronic warfare technology.
