TC14012, a dual CXCR4/CXCR7 modulator, protects against doxorubicin-induced cardiotoxicity in mice by reprogramming cardiomyocyte metabolism and reducing mast cell activation, without reducing anticancer efficacy.
Hui et al. (2025) studied Doxorubicin-induced cardiotoxicity. TC14012 was evaluated on Cardiac function and survival rates. TC14012 at 5 mg/kg significantly improved cardiac function and increased survival rates in mice with doxorubicin-induced cardiotoxicity without compromising antitumor efficacy.
