The development of transformational leadership requires intentional structures that support reflection, learning, and action. This article explores three coaching frameworks—the GROW, CLEAR, and OSCAR models—as practical methodologies for cultivating transformational leadership. Each provides a systematic approach to goal-setting, communication, and problem-solving: GROW focuses on clarity and motivation, CLEAR emphasizes listening and reflective practice, and OSCAR integrates solution-oriented planning. Drawing on theory and case-based applications, the article illustrates how these frameworks help leaders enhance self-awareness, strengthen teams, and translate vision into sustained performance. It also discusses the limitations of rigid model application and the necessity of flexibility, ethical practice, and cultural awareness in coaching. For scholars, this analysis bridges leadership theory with applied coaching science; for practitioners, it provides actionable frameworks for guiding personal and organizational transformation.
