Objective: The objective of the study is to understand the effects of digital transformation on the organizational culture of notarial activity based on the regulation of Provision 100/2020 of the National Council of Justice. Theoretical Framework: The objective of the study is to understand the effects of digital transformation on the organizational culture of notarial activity based on the technological acceleration driven by periods of crisis. Method: This is an exploratory qualitative study, using individual interviews conducted based on a semi-structured script. The scope of the study covered notary offices of Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul. The data were interpreted through content analysis, with previously defined categories. Results and Discussion: The results indicate that the Covid-19 pandemic context favored the digital transformation of services and strengthened the organizational culture focused on skills development and collective learning. The use of technology culminated in changes in social, economic, and cultural relations. Research Implications: The findings of this research provide insights for managers to understand the impacts of digital transformation on organizational culture, guiding institutional strategies and adaptations. In addition, the study contributes to the advancement of knowledge and theoretical deepening in the areas of organizational culture in crisis contexts. Originality/Value: The originality of this research lies in the novelty of its empirical approach to notarial activity from the perspective of organizational culture. The findings provide insights into the theoretical field of organizational studies and broaden the understanding of change management practices in regulated institutions.
