The conclusion of the discussion is that the regulation of legal protection for witnesses and victims in protecting witnesses of murder crimes is regulated in Law No. 31 of 2014. The responsibility of LPSK must protect witnesses and victims from threats, in addition to regulating the authority and responsibility.
