This publication presents a list of Teptyars of Bugulma and Menzelinsk districts of Orenburg province from among the Tatars who were part of the Teptyar Cossack regiments in the late 18th – early 19th centuries. This list is based on information from the revision tales of 1795, 1811, and 1816 and allows us to determine the average age of Teptyars at the beginning of their service, the number of Teptyars recruited for service in individual settlements, and, in some cases, the time of their return home. This publication identifies Teptyars from Tatars who participated in the Patriotic War of 1812 and the Foreign Campaigns of the Russian Army of 1813–1814.
