Article discusses risks of falsified language certificates in migrants, suggesting new criminal offences and legal reforms.
The article analyses the criminal and legal risks associated with falsification of language certificates and corruption schemes in migration certification. The authors substantiate the need to introduce a special offence for falsification of test results, as well as to revise international agreements in the context of growing migration crime.
