This analysis reveals a new methodological approach to distribution of agricultural products, suggesting an optimal planning strategy based on land availability and production potential.
The analysis of existing approaches and practices of distribution of volumes of agricultural products for public procurement is performed. The methodological approach is substantiated and the corresponding algorithm is presented, which allow, taking into account the availability and area of arable land suitable for cultivation of specific crops, adjusted by the correction factor for the level of production potential, to distribute the volumes of agricultural products for the fulfillment of the state order in proportion to the area of comparable arable land.
