In this study, the author uses a normative juridical approach method, which is a legal research method that uses a literature study approach, which relies on the analysis of secondary data. The result of the discussion obtained is that the Musyarakah Contract in Sharia Financing gives rise to joint rights and obligations carried out by all parties involved, which has the potential to cause violations of the law.
