Descriptive quantitative analysis identifies economic and sharia factors influencing Muhammadiyah's withdrawal from BSI.
This study aims to analyze the factors that influence Muhammadiyah's decision to withdraw funds from Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). The factors analyzed include economic and sharia considerations, as well as Muhammadiyah's internal policies related to organizational fund management. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach through literature study and field surveys of relevant parties. Secondary data collection was carried out using various credible sources, such as books, magazines, newspapers, and electronic databases. The results show that economic factors, such as the efficiency of fund management, and sharia considerations that require compliance with Islamic principles, are the main factors in this decision. Muhammadiyah's internal policies that emphasize transparency and accountability also play a significant role. This withdrawal of funds has important implications for BSI in terms of evaluating service quality and implementing sharia principles. This study is expected to contribute to the financial management of sharia-based organizations and provide practical recommendations for BSI to improve its service quality.
