This paper demonstrates enhanced chiral optical trapping to improve enantioseparation, suggesting applications in drug delivery.
Enantioseparation remains a fundamental challenge due to the near‐identical properties of enantiomers. Here, enhanced chiral optical trapping is demonstrated through self‐induced back‐action (SIBA) in a gammadion‐nanohole structure. When chiral gold nanorods are trapped under circularly polarized light, their structural chirality synergizes with the nanohole's geometry to amplify chiral photon‐induced forces. Experimental validation reveals a 16‐fold force contrast between enantiomers under left‐circular polarization, enabling single‐particle discrimination. This platform holds immediate potential for enantioselective drug delivery and chiral quantum emitter assembly.
