This framework reveals entropy-driven unification in thermodynamics and gauge theories, suggesting deeper connections in cosmological models.
We present a self-consistent, operator-level unification framework governed by the GENERIC law \[ ẏ = L∇ H + M∇ S, \] with degeneracy constraints \(L^ = -L\), \(M 0\), \(L∇ S = 0\), and \(M∇ H = 0\). These ensure exact energy conservation and compliance with the Second Law for every admissible trajectory, providing a closure principle that extends from microscopic to cosmological regimes. The formulation introduces a stochastic controller whose deterministic limit yields the renormalization-group (RG) flow under a logarithmic entropy clock \(σ = ln(μ / μ_c)\). Within this mapping, the thermodynamic entropy flux corresponds directly to the gauge-theoretic \(β\)-functions, and the one- and two-loop structures---including threshold corrections---emerge as physically valid limits of the controller dynamics. This demonstrates that the \(β\)-loop assumption in gauge unification is not merely empirical but arises from entropy production under GENERIC self-consistency. A corrective entropy term within the controller enforces gauge-level unification (``forced unification'') while maintaining thermodynamic and field-theoretic consistency. This correction defines a unique third entropy selection---complementary to matter and horizon entropies---consistent with both quantum and cosmological constraints. The framework, therefore, provides an operator-level proof of entropy-driven unification, yielding quantitative closure across thermodynamics, gauge theory, and cosmology, and identifying the additive entropy term as a potential source of undiscovered physical structure at both microscopic and macroscopic scales. (Entropy Driven Unification, With Emergent Gravity Abstract Submission, Newell, APS, July 2025). Ultimately, this framework interweaves Cosmological Unification (Emergent gravity), A forced and physically valid GUT framework, and thermodynamic unification through entropy to obtain a simultaneously stochastic (and deterministic) framework. The self-consistency of this framework is validated in both control-noise theory and through fundamental principle relations.
