While some participants reported challenges due to isolation and communication barriers, others highlighted the benefits of remote work, such as increased effectiveness and improved work-life balance. Implications: The findings suggest that organizations should prioritize the lived experiences of remote workers in Boracay to design effective solutions that support remote teams and foster a conducive work environment.
