Assessment method reveals bottlenecks and risks in business processes, indicating financial impacts.
Express analysis of financial and economic security of business processes of an enterprise becomes key due-the acceleration of changes in markets, the growth of the cost of resources and the requirement of customers-receive value without delay. Managers of modern enterprises need a quick and objective picture of the real state of operations in order-timely notice bottlenecks, losses, hidden costs, risks of supply interruption and quality failures. The article defines the conceptual and theoretical and scientific principles of express analysis of financial and economic security of business processes of an enterprise as a quick and reliable diagnosis of the flow of value creation without stopping operations. The combination of short interviews, field observations, analysis of digital traces from information systems and mapping of work flows is described, which together ensure the prompt identification of bottlenecks, rework and unjustified expectations. The logic of converting operational deviations into financial consequences through loss of margin, late deliveries and compensation-customers is established, which allows prioritizing changes with the highest expected effect. The effectiveness of integrating methods for extracting processes from event logs, near-real-time KPI monitoring dashboards and AI-based tools for anomaly detection, clustering of failure causes and predictive forecasting of overloads is proven. The organizational conditions for success are identified, including a compact cross-functional team, short work waves, daily checks of results, a scoreboard with updated indicators visible-all, and the discipline of documenting decisions. Typical risks are described, including resistance-change, temptations-automate chaos without streamlining processes, fragmented fact collection, and excessive trust in individual expert judgments, and preventive steps are proposed in the form of clear data quality criteria, task transfer standards, and transparent rules for verifying the effect.
