Comparative analysis reveals microflow enhances stereoselective synthesis of aldol products with amino acids.
A comparative study on the stereoselective synthesis of the products of amino acid-catalyzed aldol reactions between cyclohexanone and nitrobenzaldehydes in a flask and under microflow conditions was carried out. The results obtained may be useful for optimizing the processes of stereoselective synthesis of organic compounds.
