Multiple Regression Analysis of Project Costs and Quality on Human Resource Costs

Time and cost greatly affect the success and failure of a project. Project success is usually seen from a short completion time with minimal costs without reducing the quality of work. Systematic project management is needed to ensure that the project implementation time is in accordance with the contract or even faster so that it can provide benefits in terms of cost and time. And avoid fines due to late work. To find out how the influence of building construction project financing consists of contract value, project duration, number of floors simultaneously on human resource costs which include (Expert Costs, Skilled Labor Costs, Worker/Mandor Costs) on Building Construction Projects within the Dili City Government Office. The research objects in this study are 20 samples of building projects in the Dili City Government Office environment. The data needed in this study includes project report documents, and the variables used are contract value, project duration, number of floors as independent variables (X) and Cost of Experts, Skilled Labor, and Cost of Workers/Mandors/Laden as non-independent variables. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it can be concluded that the results of the F test (simultaneous) show that the variable contract value, project duration, number of floors simultaneously affects human resource costs (Costs of Experts, Skilled Workers, and Costs of Workers / Mendor / Laden) on Building Construction Projects within the Dili City Government Office. The contribution of building construction project financing in influencing the cost of experts in the Building Construction Project within the Dili City Government Office is 97.9%. the contribution of building construction project financing influencing the cost of skilled workers is 97.6%. The contribution of building construction project financing in influencing the cost of Labor / Foreman / Laden is 95.6%.
