Survey reveals organizational justice improves activation of mechanisms to reduce organizational hypocrisy in a sample of 62 employees.
The current research aims to demonstrate the role of organizational justice in activating mechanisms to reduce organizational hypocrisy. To achieve this goal, hypothetical relationships were formulated between the research variables and its dimensions. The descriptive and analytical approach was adopted to present the theoretical framework of the research and analyze and interpret the data obtained. The questionnaire was a primary tool for obtaining data from the Mosul Municipality Directorate. A random sample of (62) people was selected, and the data were analyzed using (SPSS V26) to test the hypotheses. Based on the results of testing the relationships specified in the research plan, the research reached a number of conclusions, the most prominent of which is the existence of a significant correlation and influence between organizational justice and mechanisms to reduce organizational hypocrisy. The more the Mosul Municipality Directorate relies on organizational justice, the more it enhances the activation of mechanisms to reduce organizational hypocrisy
