The purpose of the research is to identify the role that organizational spirituality can play in supporting and enhancing well-being in the workplace. The employees of the holy shrines were selected as a research community to show the extent to which they agree on the importance of the role of spirituality in the workplace in enhancing their organizational well-being as stakeholders in this field. The research relied on three dimensions in measuring the independent variable organizational spirituality, which are (purposeful work, a sense of community belonging, harmony with organizational values), and the research also adopted three dimensions to measure the dependent variable wellbeing in the workplace, which are (psychological well-being, workplace well-being, selfwell-being) The research sample included 100 employees, and questionnaires were distributed to them that included the measures of the research variables, 88 of which were valid for statistical analysis were retrieved in order to reach the research results, and the hypotheses of the correlation and influence between the research variables were tested by the necessary statistical formulas, means and methods, which showed acceptance Research hypotheses at the macro level. The research reached a set of conclusions that showed that organizational spirituality is one of the prominent and important factors in supporting and enhancing the dimensions of well-being in the workplace, given that the employee in those sacred places has spiritual motives that contribute to his feeling of well-being and happiness with his work.
