This section of the 18th edition provides listings for approximately 847 journals that publish scholarly work in philosophy and related disciplines. Entries are organized alphabetically within each country, and the location of the journal’s editorial office is used to determine the country location of the journal. Information provided in these listings includes the journal’s complete title, name and address of the editor, e-mail address and web site, telephone and fax numbers, ISSN, year founded, purpose, sponsor, manuscript information for authors, information about book reviews published by the journal, frequency of publication, paid circulation, publisher, copyright holder, and subscription rates. In some cases these listings are partial because more information was not provided. Where possible publishing formats are listed (print and/or electronic), as well as information about the kinds of advertising accepted.
