Employee performance is influenced by various internal factors within an organization; however, few studies have simultaneously examined the roles of leadership style, work culture, and job satisfaction, particularly in the traditional medicine industry. This study aims to determine how these three factors affect employee performance at PT Herbal Salam. A quantitative method was employed, using a survey as the data collection technique. A total of 75 employees were selected as respondents who completed a questionnaire. The influence of the independent variables, both simultaneously and partially, on employee performance was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that job satisfaction and work culture have a positive and significant contribution to improving employee performance. Leadership style, on the other hand, does not have a significant effect. These findings emphasize the importance of creating a conducive work environment and prioritizing employee well-being to achieve optimal productivity. Practically, the results can serve as a guideline for management in formulating organizational policies focused on enhancing work culture and employee satisfaction to support sustainable performance improvement.
