This paper integrates and enhances learning efficacy through applying educational psychology, cognitive load theory (CLT), and neuroplasticity. Using empirical research, the paper takes a systematic approach to instructional methodologies with spaced repetition, active recall, interleaving, metacognitive regulation, and learning efficiency. This concept is further combined with neuroplasticity defined as the ability of the brain to reorganize itself by forming neurological synaptic connections, allowing for cognitive flexibility and changeable adroit learning.
