Meta-analysis reveals dropout risks in PTSD treatments among military populations, suggesting improved engagement strategies.

Findings suggest that resources targeting dropout and increasing the reach of treatments with lower dropout risk (e.g., PCT, IOPs) may facilitate psychotherapy engagement among military populations.
