This review analyzes control strategies applicable to electro-hydraulic force servo systems, indicating paths for optimization and addressing key uncertainties in patents and literature.
Background: Electro-hydraulic force servo systems are widely used in industrial automation. At the same time, electro-hydraulic force servo systems still face many challenges, such as nonlinearity, uncertainty, time variability, disturbance, etc. Therefore, effective force control strategies are needed to improve the dynamic and static performance of the system. Objective: Review the electro-hydraulic force servo system control strategies and related patents, point out the characteristics of various strategies and their applicability in solving practical problems, and provide a clear basis for subsequent research. Method: This paper discusses the research progress and representative patents related to the control strategy of electro-hydraulic force servo systems and conducts in-depth analysis and comparison to study their technical points and development laws. Results: By summarizing the literature and related patents on control strategies of electro-hydraulic force servo systems and analyzing and comparing their characteristics, the research status and future development trends of electro-hydraulic control strategies are further explored. Conclusion: The discussion and analysis of classic control methods, advanced control strategies, emerging control technologies, and related patents have certain reference significance for optimizing electro-hydraulic force servo systems.
