Analysis shows efficiency evaluation improves in educational sectors using multi-criteria decision-making and sensitivity analysis.
The integration of Web 3.0 and Industry 5.0 have become essential to construct a new multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) approach for optimizing efficiency evaluation under uncertainty. Compared to previous fuzzy models, the intuitionistic fuzzy credibility set (IFCS) is significantly reliable for modeling uncertainties in real-life problems. The aggregation operators (AOs) play a key role in the information fusion inMCDMprocess. For this objective, new AOs are proposed named as intuitionistic fuzzy credibility fairly weighted averaging (IFCFWA) operator and intuitionistic fuzzy credibility fairly ordered weighted averaging (IFCFOWA) operator. Moreover, the weights of criteria are determined by using “criteria importance through intercriteria correlation (CRITIC)” method, and the combined compromise solution (CoCoSo) approach is used to rank the alternatives. A detailed MCDM process is offered by integrating the CRITIC-CoCoSo approach, which is especially suitable for efficiency evaluation in the educational sector. Machine learning techniques are used in the comparison analysis and sensitivity analysis to check the validity and reliability of the suggested MCDM approach through a particular case study of efficiency evaluation, which guarantees the precision and rationality of this research work.
