Analysis reveals crucial performance indicators for HVM, suggesting that regression modeling helps in material evaluation.
To address the need for a more robust evaluation framework for high‐viscosity‐modified asphalt (HVM), this study systematically investigates rheological and mechanical properties using comprehensive tests, including softening point (SP), dynamic viscosity (DV), DSR, BBR, high‐temperature performance (HEAP), and low‐temperature performance (LEAP). Gray correlation analysis, combined with sensitivity analysis and regression modeling, is employed to verify the reliability of performance indicators. Results show that zero‐shear viscosity (ZSV) at 60°C and low‐temperature continuous grading temperature (LOAM) are the most reliable indicators for HVM performance evaluation. This study provides a scientifically sound methodology for the development and selection of HVM materials.
