Case report demonstrates imaging challenges in identifying benign splenic lesions, suggesting malignancy consideration.
Sclerosing angiomatoid nodular transformation is a rare benign splenic lesion that mimics malignancy on imaging. Recognition of the spoke‐wheel pattern and progressive enhancement on CT/MRI may aid in preoperative diagnosis. Laparoscopic splenectomy remains useful for both diagnosis and treatment when malignancy cannot be excluded.
