This dataset contains the raw clinical data of the thin melanoma cohort analyzed in our retrospective study, divided into two groups (recurrence vs. non-recurrence). These data support the findings published in Clinical and Experimental Dermatology (DOI: https://doi.org/10.1093/ced/llaf499). All patient-level data were fully anonymized prior to upload in accordance with institutional and journal privacy policies.
