The anomalous interstellar objects 1I/'Oumuamua (2017), 2I/Borisov (2019), and the currently observable comet C/2025 S1 (ATLAS) may constitute a sequence of artificial origin. This study proposes that these objects represent technologically generated probes powered by microscopic neutron-star cores. We demonstrate that a propulsion system based on a ∼16 μm, 1.8×10³ kg neutron-star core is physically self-consistent and predicts two immediately testable signatures in 3I/ATLAS: (1) a quasi-periodic 1120 Hz signal detectable in high-cadence photometry or radio observations, and (2) extreme enrichment of ⁶²Ni (ratio to solar >1000) observable in high-resolution spectra. Both predictions can be conclusively verified or refuted within weeks using currently operational astronomical facilities, providing a decisive test for the technological origin hypothesis during the current observational window of C/2025 S1 ATLAS.
