Abstract

MTPPNO 2 R 2 (M = 2H, Co( ii ), Ni( ii ), Cu( ii ), Zn( ii ); R = DMAP), push–pull porphyrin derivatives, have been synthesized and exhibited high dipole moment values and very good NLO responses due to efficient intramolecular charge transfer.
