This article addresses the theoretical and practical question of whether Che Guevara was a mere adventurer and schematic revolutionary based on his tactical conceptions of the guerrilla movement? Or was he a revolutionary who applied the dialectics of revolutionary struggle to the conditions of the 1960s? To answer these questions, we examine Ernesto Che Guevara's positions on the dialectical link between internationalism and anti-imperialism in the context of the times in which he lived and the significance of his positions for the revolutionary movement today. In conclusion, it can be stated that Che Guevara insisted on being prepared for the variations to which the hegemonic domination of capital subject’s peoples. Therefore, the tactics of struggle will be subject to the context in which they unfold, but always from a perspective of unity among the solidarity, internationalist, and anti-imperialist movements that confront the current imperialist system.
