For the Guassian supereigenvalue model in Neveu-Schwarz sector, we present the generalized super-Virasoro constraints. The constraint operators yield the generalized super-Virasoro algebra, and especially the null 3-algebra is satisfied by certain constraint operators. Furthermore, the higher even spin constraints are also discussed. By the generalized super-Virasoro constraint operators, we show that this supereigenvalue model can be expressed as the new generalized W-representation.
