Panorama: Urological physiotherapy is considered a first-line intervention for various male pelvic floor dysfunctions; however, public knowledge about it remains limited. Aims: To assess the level of knowledge among adult men, identify barriers to access, and understand their perception of the subject. Method: A cross-sectional, qualitative study using an online questionnaire applied to men aged 18 or older, residing in Brazil, with 107 participants. Data were analyzed descriptively. Results: The majority had never heard of urological physiotherapy (61.7%) and had never received treatment (93.5%). Participants were predominantly between 50 and 59 years old, married, and with a high level of education, with 87.9% reporting perceived prejudice or misinformation about male pelvic floor physiotherapy. Conclusion: There was low knowledge and little practical experience with urological physiotherapy, associated with sociocultural barriers that hinder access. The findings reinforce the need for educational and institutional strategies aimed at expanding information and strengthening comprehensive men's health care.
