Abstract This study examines employee satisfaction at HAMUL, focusing on job-related factors such as pay, working hours, safety measures, and relationships with colleagues and superiors. The research aims to measure job satisfaction levels, study employee perceptions and attitudes, and identify motivational factors. A structured questionnaire and interviews were used to collect primary data from 40 respondents. The findings highlight areas of satisfaction and dissatisfaction, providing insights for organizational improvement. Job Satisfaction: Employees are generally satisfied with pay, working hours, and safety measures. Areas of Dissatisfaction: Overtime allowances and conflict resolution need improvement. Recommendations: Revise overtime policies, implement effective conflict resolution strategies, and provide growth opportunities. The objective of this study is to measure the level of job satisfaction among HAMUL employees and identify areas for improvement.
