For the first time in the history of physics, the Acta Universi hypothesis introduces the concept of entropy radiation — a physical process in which a planet (or any object with a high S_Θ) emits into the surrounding space not only ordinary electromagnetic/gravitational radiation, but also quanta of the accumulated entropy of thought forms in the form of a weak but detectable background. These are radiations in the range of 10-1⁵-10-3⁰ Hz (infra-low frequencies) and anomalies of the gravitational-wave background.
