Abstract

The ALADIN framework derives cosmology from one measured primordial current density J₀ = 1.000 × 10¹⁸ A/m². Early plasma resonance at exactly 43 Hz increases sound horizon at recombination. Predicted first acoustic peak position l₁ ≈ 218 vs ΛCDM l₁ = 220 (shift Δl ≈ -2). Falsifiable with current Planck data and future CMB-S4.
