The article introduces an architectural classification of scientific laws according to their level of generation and demonstrates that treating laws of different architectural status as a homogeneous class leads to systematic methodological errors. Three levels of scientific lawfulness are distinguished: local fundamental laws, universal structural laws, and an architectural generative principle that determines the conditions of possibility of lawfulness, formalization, and reproducible scientific knowledge itself. It is shown that these levels are not reducible to one another and form a hierarchy of generation rather than explanatory competition. The proposed classification enables a correct allocation of criteria of fundamentality and testing, eliminates false disputes over the “primacy” of laws, and restores the structural integrity of scientific knowledge without reductionism or metaphysical assumptions.
