Abstract

Undifferentiated small round cell sarcoma (USRCS) is a rare and aggressive tumor. Primary USRCS of pleura is extremely uncommon. We describe 18 F-FDG PET/CT findings in a case of pleural USRCS. PET/CT revealed diffuse elevated activity in the right pleura. Finally, the pathology confirmed the diagnosis of USRCS.
